The Week in Pictures

the week started off a little rough with a scratch to Sarah's little eye. It only took a trip to the pediatrician, some glow drops, antibiotic drops, numbing drops, and a patch for her to calm down. Poor baby!

This is a post that I've been meaning to make for quite awhile. This week, I got some good pictures to share, and it jogged my memory. Stephen's sister, Andree's, husband, Tim, (did you catch all that?) is currently serving our country in none other than Baghdad, Iraq! He is a member of the United States Air Force, and if I have this correctly, he is presently teaching Iraqis to fly...wow! He will be there for one year starting this past Fall. Obviously, this is a challenging/exciting year for Tim and Andree as they spend the year apart. Some of you might be wondering why I added the word "exciting". It is exciting because they are expecting their first child presently known as, "Bean", in March. With any luck, Tim will be home for his 2 week visit during the time their baby boy/girl enters the world.
Tim, our thoughts and prayers are with you and all the men and women who are overseas protecting this country, and I would ask that anyone who is reading this, would also keep Tim, Andree, and baby Bean in their prayers along with all the other military men, women and their families.
